The client
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service- French Speaker to join a leading employer based in Newark.
The role
- Handling any calls regarding problems with products
- Passing calls through to the helpdesk when necessary
- Logging calls regarding problems
- Informing customers of when their contract is up for renewal
- Advising of any changes that can be made to the accounts
- Servicing of all devices, arranging for a new device to be sent out when necessary
The ideal Customer Service- French Speaker candidate will:
- Be Fluent in both spoken and written French
- Possess an excellent telephone manner
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Word
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
