Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and German speaker to join a leading employer based in North Nottinghamshire.
The Role:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from French, German and English customers
- Taking customer orders, dealing with and investigating customer queries
- Tracking customer deliveries and feeding the information back to the customer
- Liaising with internal departments
- Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
The ideal candidate will:
- Be Fluent in both spoken and written French and German
- Experience within a customer service role
- Good working knowledge of MS Word
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
