We are currently recruiting for a law firm in Mansfield, this is fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company in the area looking to expand their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Typing/word processing per dictation from caseworkers
- Maintenance of the company’s case management systems and electronic file records
- Provide secretarial support to other Departments/Caseworkers
- Offer guidance and support to Office Assistants with supervision as necessary
- Maintain client confidentiality and legal professional privilege
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Answering telephone calls and using switchboard
Skills and Experience
- Audio typing and word processing essential
- Ability to use word for windows
- Experience within diary management and management of own workload
- Previous reception experience desirable
